Dutch weave Stainless steel filter mesh, also known as stainless steel hollander weave woven wire .
Filter cloth material in AISI 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel.
Dutch weave is mainly used in partical separation and sifting, fuel filters, hydraulic fluid filters, gas diffusers, breather vents. Filter leaves can also be remeshed in any mesh.
The twilled Dutch weave achieves the smallest monofilament filter pores and also a smooth mesh surface. The large material cross section achieves advanced mesh stability.
Plain Dutch weave mesh features a lightly structured surface and achieves high levels of flow and minimal pressure drop
Our woven wire filter cloths combine a range of important features:
• Optimum flow rates
• Narrow pore size distribution
• Precise alignment of filter pores
• Stability
• Rigidity
• Excellent resistance to abrasion
• No particle dissolution
• Easy to clean
• Excellent levels of plasticity
• Chemical and thermal resistance
• Smooth surface structure
• High levels of reliability
Applications:
Pressure filters for fine filtration in hydraulic steering equipment
Oil and fuel filters
ressure and vacuum filters (disc, cell and drum filters)
